(Philadelphia, PA) -- The Berks Coalition to End Homelessness is paying to settle allegations that the organization double-billed the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The U.S. Attorney's Office announced the resolution yesterday. The double-billing allegation stemmed from the renovation of a property in Reading. The organization is set to pay over 121-thousand dollars.
