(Robesonia, PA) -- Two drivers are facing charges after a crash that killed a Berks County man who was walking his dog. A month-long investigation led to the arrest of 55-year-old Todd Frey. Frey was driving his employer's box truck August 26th and hit 67-year-old Robert Hate and his dog while they crossed Penn Avenue at Robeson Street. A 71-year-old woman who drove over Hatt following the initial crash is also charged with failure to give information and render aid.
