(Amity Township, PA) -- A former Tower Health doctor is facing charges of secretly recording guests as they used the bathroom and showered in his home. Police say they seized over 28-hundred videos and 14-hundred images of six children and two adults from 32-year-old Justin Rutherford's camera. Rutherford is also accused of sexually assaulting two boys. He was arrested when returning from the United Kingdom over the weekend.
