(Reading, PA) -- A Reading man has escaped a fire by jumping from the third floor window of his home. The fire last night was on the first and second floors of the house, and firefighters were called to Cotton Street just before 6 p.m. The man jumped to the roofs of the other floors out the back of the home. A woman was arrested.
