(Wyomissing, PA) -- The man hit and killed by an SUV Wednesday night has been identified as 37-year-old Charles Cleaford of Reading. The Berks County coroner says he was walking home from work when he was hit late at night. The driver who hit him immediately called 9-1-1 and is cooperating. Police say charges against that person are not expected.
