(Chester County, PA) -- A judge is ruling that three Tower Health hospitals in Chester County are not tax exempt. Chester County Court of Common Pleas Judge Jeffrey Sommer says the hospitals in Brandywine, Jennersville, and Phoenixville are aligned with for-profit companies. Officials with Avon Grove, Phoenixville, and Coatesville school districts are pleased with the ruling.
