(Kutztown, PA) -- Students and staff at Kutztown University are protesting the school's COVID-19 handling. Associate psychology professor Steve Oross has had a heart transplant and says the university denied his request to teach virtually. Senior Isabelle Perkins is also high risk, took virtual classes last year, but didn't have that option this year. Oross says the school has the technology to accommodate them, but is not being reasonable.
