(Reading, PA) -- Roughly 17,000 voters in Berks County have received instructions in Spanish with the wrong election day in November. County officials say they have fixed the mistake, which told voters to return the ballot by November 18 instead of 8 p.m. on November 2. County commission spokeswoman Stephanie Weaver says the wording came from the May 18 primary election and only the month had been changed.
