(Berks County, PA) -- The Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal says several hundred empty battery cases burned outside East Penn Manufacturing this week. The smoke could be seen for miles Tuesday. PSP Trooper Janssen Herb says no one was hurt and there were no chemicals in the fire. The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
