(Adamstown, PA) -- Two Berks County residents are facing charges of theft, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy, and possessing instruments of a crime. Twenty-eight-year-old Jenna Belcher and 35-year-old Nathan Conard, both from Sinking Spring, were arrested trying to empty change machines at the Kwik 'N Kleen car wash in Caernarvon Township. The two are accused of doing the same crime at the Adamstown Car Wash on October 13. They are both in the Berks County Jail.
