(Lancaster, PA) -- A Chester County man who pleaded guilty to charges related to the deaths of two people has been sentenced for those crimes in Lancaster County. Court records show Matthew J. Moser will serve up to 55 years in prison after pleading guilty to charges for the strangulation death of his girlfriend and the death of a man to whom he'd delivered drugs. Evidence on Facebook messages, phone records, and internet searches on Moser's phone indicated he delivered the drugs that resulted in the man's death, the District Attorney's report said. He's believed to have strangled Kristin Graham in a separate incident.
