(Mt. Penn, PA) -- Republican candidate John Fielding has declared victory in his race for coroner in Berks County. His proclamation came Tuesday night in front of supporters in Mt. Penn. With nearly all the 202 precincts reporting their in-person vote totals, Fielding led the incumbent, Democrat Jonn Hollenbach, with 54-percent-to-46-percent of the vote. Mail in-ballots still need to be counted for official results.
