(Reading, PA) -- Promoters for Reading's Christmas on The Mountain lights display say the event is a "go" for this year. They say with the easing of some pandemic restrictions, it will return for 2021, despite challenges in getting the display ready with less time. They've also had to deal with vandalism of the display's equipment. The free exhibit will open Dec. 3rd at the Hillside Playground.
