(Reading, PA) -- Reading-based developer Alan Shuman says his group has purchased the Wells Fargo Building at 600 Penn Street. He says it will be turned around for further commercial use and that within six months, its ground floor will be used for retail stores and restaurants. Schuman Development Group bought the property from the Greater Burks Development Fund for two point three million dollars. Wells Fargo occupies 130-thousand square-feet in the building.
