>>Two Hospitalized After Helicopter Crashed Training Exercise
(Lancaster, PA) -- Two people are recovering from their injuries after a helicopter crash at Lancaster Airport. Airport Director Ed Foster says it happened late Saturday morning when the helicopter's owner and an instructor were doing training and something malfunctioned. Foster says the flight instructor took control of the aircraft and attempted to land it at that time, but it crashed down near one of the airport's two runways. Because the runway was closed, the crash didn't affect airport flights. The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
