(Lancaster, PA) -- Damage to a menorah on Penn Square in downtown Lancaster is under investigation. Police say it was damaged either Friday night or Saturday morning. The menorah had been placed Friday and police were called to the scene around 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Surveillance video is being reviewed.
