(Reading PA) -- The Reading Recreation Commission and its executive director are facing a federal lawsuit from the father of an eleven-year-old girl who was sexually assaulted by a former employee. Twenty-two-year-old Austin Quigg pleaded guilty in October 2020 to the assault and was sentenced to up to two-years in prison and 15-years of probation. The lawsuit alleges the girl's constitutional rights were violated with Quigg exchanging explicit videos, photos, and messages with her. The father is seeking at least 150-thousand-dollars in compensatory damages.
