(Berks County, PA) -- Pennsylvania State Police say part of Interstate-78 has been closed for much of Tuesday night after a fatal crash involving an empty school bus, a tractor-trailer and two cars. It happened shortly after 8:15 p.m. at mile marker 27-point-three in Tilden Township. The Reading Eagle reports four people had to be freed from the wreckage, one person is believed to have died. Other crashes resulted from the traffic tie-ups, including one involving a tractor-trailer that partially ripped off the roof of a car. It is not yet known what caused the initial crash; state police continue their investigation.
