(Lebanon County, PA) --  A 42-year-old man from Lebanon has been charged in an incident in December in which police say he exposed himself in front of many people at a local business. Horace Lee Samuels has been charged with indecent exposure after entering a Carmax at 1457 Manheim Pike completely nude on December 30th. Police say Samuels went inside the car dealership to have his vehicle appraised and test drive a new one. He then reportedly went back to his car and moments later showed up inside the business again, this time totally nude. Police say there were about 30 people at the Carmax at the time of the incident.
