(Penn Township, PA) -- A 37-year-old woman is facing fraud charges and several felony offenses for allegedly bilking about 20 brides out of hair and makeup services right before their weddings. Holly Boyer, a Penn Township beautician, is accused of receiving thousands of dollars in services that were not given, claiming she had to file for bankruptcy right before she was to provide them. Boyer was arrested last Monday and charged with 36 offenses - three of them felonies. She allegedly defrauded 18 women in six states out of nearly 16-thousand dollars. She is free on a 50-thousand dollar unsecured bond.
