(Reading, PA) -- A third major storm in less than a month is expected to bring fog, rain, flooding and icy conditions to the Reading area. The National Weather Service's Friday forecast calls for dense fog, reducing visibility to a quarter mile or less, accompanied by moderate to heavy rainfall. The rain, combined with rapid snowmelt may result in localized flooding. Eventual ice accumulation for the Reading area should be less than a quarter of an inch.
