(Harrisburg) -- Gas prices in Pennsylvania are on the rise, 30 cents more Sunday than a week ago according to Triple-A. The average cost in the state for a gallon of regular gas is four-dollars-and-18-cents. In Lancaster, the average cost for the same gallon is four-dollars-and-10-cents, up 25 cents from last week.
