(Berks Co., PA) -- A loan guarantee for more than one million dollars has been granted to Berks County by HUD. The federal money will be used to rehab a commercial property in Oley Township and turn it into four separate commercial spaces. Developers say the project will create new opportunities for employment in the community, as well as for expanding businesses.
