(Berks Co., PA) -- Police say a deadly shooting at a Berks County shopping center was likely the result of a domestic dispute. The incident happened Saturday afternoon in the parking lot near the Walmart in in Wyomissing. Police Chief John Phillips says the suspected shooter is in custody after he confronted a woman who he had been in a long-term relationship with and fired the shots near Walmart. He shot another man who tried to get away in an SUV, but crashed. He died from his injuries. The woman was also shot in the head and is in critical condition. Authorities have not yet released the suspect's name.
