(Reading, PA) -- Reading has raised the Ukraine flag at City Hall in a show of support for the war torn country. Reading Mayor Eddie Moran led the flag raising ceremony yesterday afternoon. Moran says the ceremony was to express support as a community for Ukrainians living in the Reading area and across the globe. He also says the event was also to call for a ceasefire in Ukraine and full withdrawal of Russian troops from the country.
