>>Woman Charged with Murder in Crash that Killed Three, Including Two State Troopers

(Philadelphia, PA) -- A woman has been charged with fatally striking two state troopers and a pedestrian on I-95 South in Philadelphia yesterday morning. The woman -- identified as 21-year-old Jayana Tanae Webb of Eagleville -- is charged with three counts of murder, three counts of homicide by vehicle while under the influence and several other counts. The troopers -- 33-year-old Martin Mack and 29-year-old Braden Sisca -- had pulled over Webb on suspicion of DUI but were called away to assist a pedestrian. Investigators say she apparently then drove her car at the troopers, striking them and the pedestrian, killing all three. The pedestrian is identified as 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras from Allentown.
