(Harrisburg, PA) --  A York man has been charged with first- and third-degree murder among other counts in a fatal shooting in a Walmart parking lot last Saturday. Police believe Nehemias Santiago Montes tracked Jessica Cruz-Rodriguez of York to the Wyomissing shopping center. Investigators say the shooting was related to a domestic dispute. Alexi Omar Rodriguez Serra, of Allentown was shot and killed in the incident. Cruz-Rodriguez was admitted to the hospital in critical condition from a head wound.Â
