(Allentown, PA) -- A federal judge has granted a dismissal for the Boyertown Area School District, against a lawsuit filed by a teacher. Former educator Melissa Cherkasky had claimed she faced both sex discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. The District contended that facts weren't sufficient to support her claims as a matter of law, particularly in regard to the sex discrimination accusations.
