(Reading, PA) -- A man has died and other is in police custody after a stationary car shooting in the Glenside area of Reading Friday. Wilson Ventura-Cruz was arrested following the incident; the name of the 19-year-old who was killed has not been released. They reportedly fought after a road-trip. Council member Donna Reed says the city will continue to work on improving safety for the Glenside neighborhood, which continues to see violent activity.
