(Reading, PA) -- The City of Reading has announced it is holding its first transgender flag raising ceremony this Thursday. The group Reading Pride Celebration says the event is part of honoring the Transgender Day of Visibility this week. The ceremony will take place at the Washington Street entrance to Reading City Hall at 5:30 p.m.
