(Reading, PA) -- A Reading Councilwoman says her colleagues can do more to get involved in helping prevent violence in their city. In addition to urging city officials to talk to people on the streets, Donna Reed is also asking for more officers to be added to the Reading police force. City leaders are also encouraging residents to download an app called 'iRequest,' which lets people anonymously report issues.
