(Reading, PA) -- U.S. Marshalls have taken a Reading man into custody in Buffalo for a shooting in March that severely wounded a young woman in Reading. Police say Born Onephree, [[ born one free ]], also known as Arthur Blackwell, is in jail in New York awaiting arraignment on attempted murder, assault and burglary charges. The shooting happened at a home in the 1000 block of North Fifth Street.
