(Berks County, PA) -- Reading and other areas in Berks County have been the focus of medical calls concerning tainted opioids over the weekend. Officials say four people died and seven are now in the hospital. Emergency Department team members at Reading Hospital say they treated 16 patients who came to the hospital with symptoms of overdose from a combination of heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine. City first responders reportedly also used Narcan to revive several people.
