(Reading, PA) -- The Berks County Coroner says a fourth person has died from an overdose death, adding to three similar deaths from over the weekend. The Reading Police Department says officers had responded to 12 overdose calls on Saturday, three of which were fatalities. Their public safety alert from Saturday stated the overdoses are possibly related to the drugs being mixed with fentanyl. They say if you see signs of an overdose call 911 immediately, even if that person doesn't believe they used an opioid.
