(New York, NY) -- A Pennsylvania man wanted on charges of raping four-year-old twin girls has been captured in New York. Police say 22-year-old Isiah Metz, also known as Dylan McBride, was arrested in Yonkers after escaping police earlier in Manhattan during a confrontation where he bit an officer. Metz is accused of raping two girls at a foster home he was staying at in Goldsboro and is also on parole for assaulting a police officer in Pennsylvania
