(Ephrata, PA) -- Investigators say two thieves used some special kind of tool to steal about 17-thousand dollars from skills machines. The devices at the Ephrata Food Mart were tampered with last week to increase the thieves' winnings. Images of the suspects will soon be available on the police department's website.
