(Harrisburg, PA) -- DNCR officials are warning residents to be on alert for brush and forest fires in the area. Forest Fire Maintenance spokesman Greg Reese says the potential for a very large fire on Tuesday remains in effect for the eastern part of the state. The DNCR is partnering with the Lehigh County Forest Fire Taskforce to provide extra help in case of a fire. Officials are reminding everyone to not use burn barrels, even with screens on the tops.
