(Reading, PA) -- Berks County Police have arrested a man wanted for drug parole violations as he was illegally walking across the street. Roberto Vega-Torres was allegedly jaywalking Monday when he was arrested for parole violations, resisting arrest, possession of heroin and other related charges. A pedestrian safety enforcement program is taking place in Berks County until May 15th.
