(Reading, PA) -- A 14-year-old boy has serious injuries after he was involved in a bicycle crash with a pickup truck in Reading. The crash happened Thursday night on North Sixth Street, leaving Jeffrey Polanco with a broken leg and other injuries. The pickup apparently hit the boy and his bicycle head on, with the child dragged for a short distance. Police are continuing to investigate the incident, and have not reported any charges against the driver.
