(Reading, PA) -- Berks County election officials say they're aware of tracking concerns over some mail-in ballots. They say they're working to locate about four-thousand outstanding ones that haven't been delivered back to county offices. The ballots are for the primary election on May 17th. In a news release, officials say more than 15-thousand of the roughly 19-thousand mail-in ballots that were shipped have been successfully delivered.
