(Reading, PA) -- Only one person, Goslyn Fleming, remains on the Reading Redevelopment Authority after the resignation of the two other members. The Reading City Council voted to accept the resignations Monday night for Thomas Caltagirone and Wellington Santana. Both resigned after the removal of Ernest Schlegel, who served as chairman of the authority. On Monday night, the council didn't expound any further on what the next steps might be for the authority.
