The winning ticket for the Big Win game was purchased at the Rutter's on Enterprise Drive in Leesport. Officials say the holder of a winning Fast Play ticket should immediately sign the back of the ticket and call the lottery. Prizes must be claimed within one year of the ticket purchase date.
