(Reading, PA) -- A manufacturing facility in Reading is getting some state money soon. The one and three-quarters of a million dollars investment will help the ByHeart company become the fifth infant formula plant in the country. Governor Tom Wolf's administration says he's directed the money to come from a grant that will allow ByHeart to complete their canning line and dry blend areas at their new facility in Reading.
