(Lancaster, PA) -- A 32-year-old man has been arrested for related sex trafficking charges in Lancaster and in central Pennsylvania. The Lancaster District Attorney's Office says the main charges for Louis Fountain concern his alleged trafficking of an 18-year-old woman. The DA contends he promoted her as a prostitute and lived off of the proceeds of her work. The arrest last week is the first by the county's Human Trafficking Task Force.
