(Reading, PA) -- Reading Mayor Eddie Moran has ordered flags on city buildings to be flown at half-staff to honor the memory of Joseph Eppihimer. The former mayor and councilman died Saturday at the age of 84. In reading an official statement Wednesday, Mayor Moran said Eppihimer was a dedicated public servant who will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by everyone who came in contact with him."
