(Reading, PA) -- The annual flag day celebration at the Reading Pagoda has had to be rescheduled. It had been set for Sunday, but event planners say the bad weather that blew through the area caused a change of plans. The event was planned outdoors because Public Works is not yet finished with interior changes. A date for rescheduling hasn't been set yet.
