(Spring Township, PA) -- A longtime Berks County legislator has decided he won't run for a ninth term in Harrisburg. State Rep. Jim Cox, of the 129th district, says he'll leave when his current term expires at the end of this year. The Spring Township Republican will leave a couple of key committee chairmanships behind. Cox hasn't said what his future plans may be.
