(Elizabeth Township, PA) - Police believe they have their fedora-wearing gunman after an 18-year-old from Narvon was arrested Thursday. Hezekiah Gingerich is accused of five separate robberies in Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks County in which he wore sunglasses and a fedora to pull the heists.  Officers from Cumru, East Cocalico and Brecknock Townships were involved in the arrest in Brecknock.
