(Reading, PA) -- A legacy fund for parks and recreation is being established in Reading to honor the life of the city council's former president. The Berks County Community Foundation has announced that the Reading City Council is establishing the Jeffrey S. Waltman Senior Legacy Fund. He died last Monday at the age of 58 . Waltman served the city for 22 years.
