(Harrisburg, PA) -- State House Republicans are blocking a proposal to prevent people 18 to 21 from possessing so-called assault-style rifles. Earlier today, they changed the bill into a constitutional amendment to allow anyone to carry concealed guns. The legislation was meant to prevent anyone under 21 from buying, possessing or transporting assault-style guns. Constitutional carry is widely supported by the Legislature's Republicans.
